1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms", "these Terms", or "this Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player", or "you") and momo99 (hereinafter referred to as "momo99", "we", "us", or "the Company"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at momo99.lat (the "Platform" or "Website").

3 Account Eligibility

Access to and use of the Platform and its Services is strictly restricted. To be an Eligible User, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during which you maintain an active Account:

• You do not hold, and have not previously held, any other Account on the Platform. Each individual is permitted one Account only.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or agent of momo99, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of gambling in your jurisdiction before using the Platform.
• You are of sound mind and are capable of taking responsibility for your own actions.

4 Account Registration & KYC

To access the full range of Services on the Platform, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested. You agree to update this information promptly should any of it change.

4.1 Registration Requirements

During registration, you will be required to provide at minimum: your full legal name as it appears on official identification, a valid email address, a Malaysian mobile phone number, your date of birth, and preferred payment method details. All information must be truthful. Registration with false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account termination.

4.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

momo99 is committed to responsible gaming and the prevention of financial crime. Accordingly, we reserve the right to request identity verification documentation at any point, including but not limited to:

• A copy of a valid government-issued photo identification (e.g., Malaysian MyKad, passport, or driving licence);
• Proof of residential address (e.g., utility bill or bank statement issued within the last three months);
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of your Maybank, CIMB, or Public Bank account showing your name);
• Source of funds documentation where required for larger transactions.

Failure to provide requested documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or Account termination. momo99 processes all KYC data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any two-factor authentication codes with any third party. momo99 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where such access arose from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised Account access.

5 Deposits & Payments

momo99 accepts deposits via a range of Malaysian payment methods, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, RHB, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20, and Bitcoin (BTC). All payment methods are subject to availability and may change without prior notice.

• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier section at the time of deposit.
• momo99 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• Deposits made via e-wallet (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) are typically credited instantly. Bank transfers via FPX may take 5–10 minutes. Cryptocurrency deposits are subject to network confirmation times, typically 15–30 minutes.
• momo99 reserves the right to reverse or void any deposit suspected of being associated with fraudulent activity.
• Currency: all Account balances are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of receipt.

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your Account are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have undergone and passed full KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your name and, where applicable, the same method used for your most recent deposit.
• Any applicable bonus wagering requirements must be fully met before associated funds become withdrawable. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon withdrawal request.
• Typical processing times: e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) under 5 minutes; DuitNow / FPX bank transfers 5–15 minutes; direct bank wire 15–60 minutes. Processing times may be extended during peak periods or where additional verification is required.
• momo99 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds or display unusual patterns. This may require additional documentation.
• momo99 does not guarantee processing times stated above and shall not be liable for delays caused by payment service providers or network conditions beyond our control.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

momo99 offers a range of welcome bonuses and ongoing promotions to eligible players. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players aged 21 and above who have completed registration and verified their Account.
• Each promotion is available once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless specifically stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements for individual bonuses are stated at the time of the offer and may range from 10x to 35x the bonus amount.
• momo99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time and without prior notice.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash outside of the wagering completion process.
• Any attempt to exploit bonuses through irregular betting patterns, arbitrage strategies, or coordinated play across multiple accounts will be considered a breach of these Terms. momo99 reserves the right to void bonuses and winnings and close Accounts in such circumstances.
• Minimum deposit requirements and eligible games for each bonus are stated in the individual promotion terms. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements; live casino games and certain table games may contribute at a lower rate or not at all.

8 Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Platform and Services only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. The following activities are expressly prohibited:

• Engaging in any form of cheating, collusion, fraud, or use of software bots, automated betting systems, or any other technology that provides an unfair advantage.
• Placing bets on behalf of another person or allowing another person to use your Account.
• Using the Platform for money laundering or any other financial crime.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform. Any such exploitation must be reported to momo99 immediately. Winnings derived from exploiting errors will be voided.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or offensive communication with momo99 staff or other players.
• Registering multiple accounts or assisting others in doing so.
• Circumventing any geographical restrictions or technical measures implemented by momo99.

momo99 employs fraud detection and game integrity monitoring systems. Where a breach of this section is detected or reasonably suspected, momo99 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the Account and withhold any associated balance pending investigation.

9 Intellectual Property

All Content on the Platform, including but not limited to software, game logic, graphics, trademarks, logos, text, and audio-visual material, is the exclusive property of momo99 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not grant you any right to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Content on the Platform. Any use of Platform Content outside the scope of this licence is strictly prohibited and may constitute an infringement of intellectual property rights.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, momo99 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind;
• Interruptions, delays, or errors in Platform operation caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, internet outages, telecommunications failures, or government actions;
• Any losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms;
• Actions of third-party payment providers including but not limited to Maybank, CIMB, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, or any other financial service used in connection with the Platform.

In jurisdictions where limitation of liability is restricted by law, momo99's total liability to you for any single claim shall not exceed the value of funds held in your Account at the time the claim arises.

11 Suspension & Termination

momo99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion and without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspicion of fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal activity;
• Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within the specified timeframe;
• Evidence of underage gambling;
• A valid self-exclusion request submitted by the Account holder;
• Where continued operation of the Account presents a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to momo99.

Upon Account termination, any real-money balance (excluding voided bonus funds) will be returned to the Account holder via their verified payment method following satisfactory completion of KYC, subject to any outstanding investigations.

You may also close your Account voluntarily at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.

12 Responsible Gambling

momo99 is firmly committed to promoting responsible gambling practices among all players. We recognise that for a minority of individuals, gambling can become problematic. The following tools are available to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits — Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you may deposit;
• Loss Limits — Cap the total amount you may lose within a specified period;

13 Amendments

14 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration panels designated by the Company's licensing authority.

Nothing in this clause shall restrict momo99's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
